The Computer Help Desk program provides students with both the technical skills and the interpersonal skills needed to be successful in a help desk support position. The goal of the course content and the career studies certificate is to include up-to-date information and technology that is currently used by many help desk professionals in today¿s workforce. Following the completion of the program, graduates will be prepared for an entry-level position in a help desk support role.
