Blue Ridge Community College

Prepares students as paraprofessionals in a wide variety of human service agencies. Graduates will be equipped for employment in agencies working with the intellectually disabled, mentally ill, substance abusers or elderly. As a social worker, students can work in mental health, corrections, substance abuse, health care and community service agencies.
