Considerations for Selecting Degree The Cybersecurity and Networking Foundations Career Studies Certificate program prepares students to recognize, prevent and defend against threats to information and information systems with additional instruction in operating systems, computer hardware, networking concepts, cybersecurity, and programming.  The certificate includes courses that prepare students to take industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+.

In national statistics, there are hundreds of thousands of open IT positions waiting to be filled. In the last number of years, the potential for telecommuting jobs has increased significantly. Associate Transfer Degree Completion Students who transfer with a completed Associate degree will be awarded SDV 100 and will have their transcript evaluated for other individual course transfer. Students who transfer with a completed Bachelor degree from a U.S. college or university will be awarded SDV 100, ENG 111 and ENG 112. The transcript will be evaluated for other individual course transfer.
