Three hours lecture and three hours laboratory. This course is a continuation of CHEM 111 and continues to cover fundamental principles and concepts necessary for a successful understanding of major aspects of chemistry. Major topics for this course include chemical reactions, thermodynamics, kinetics, equilibrium, acid/base chemistry, and electrochemistry. A lab fee is required.
