LA302: Criminal Litigation

This course introduces the study of substantive criminal law and the major topics of study include elements of the crime, defenses to crimes, criminal sanctions, and constitutional limits.  This course provides an understanding of the rules governing criminal procedures from the pretrial phase of litigation through trial to the post trial phase. (3)
