Associate of Applied ScienceGermanna Community College
The Administration of Justice Associate of Applied Science Degree prepares individuals for careers in the criminal justice field and for advanced study in the Administration of Justice or related programs. Courses within this program may be of interest to individuals seeking professional and/or personal development in subjects related to the criminal justice system.
Outcomes
Students will understand the nature of social lives, social change, diverse communities, social behavior and social challenges. They will apply real-world research methods and theoretical analysis to evaluate programs and find practical solutions to complex social problems. They will develop skills in creativity, innovation, critical thinking, problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, enhanced communication, collaboration, mediation, de-escalation and a multicultural and enhanced understanding of our place within a global context.
